What are your bookmarks made of?
Every Luna and Loom bookmark is printed on premium card stock with a matte finish — sturdy enough to hold up to daily reading, with no glare or shine. Each one measures 2.15" x 6.75", a comfortable size for any book. The backs of our bookmarks are intentionally white for space to add a message when gifting or book information you want to journal.
How are bookmarks shipped?
Every order ships in a kraft envelope with a protective sleeve, so your bookmark arrives in great shape and ready to gift or use right away. We ship within 1-3 business days of your order. Orders ship free.
Where do you ship?
Right now we ship within the United States. We're hoping to expand internationally down the road — if you're outside the US and would love to order, send us a message and we'll let you know as soon as that's possible or calculate shipping for you.
Can I request a custom bookmark?
Yes! We love custom requests. Whether it's a college town we haven't designed yet, specific text or a quote you'd like featured, or a totally original idea, send us a message through Etsy or our contact page and we'll see what we can create together.
We have specifically created bookmarks for book clubs, weddings, shop events, and more. We love working with customers for special events!
Custom orders may take a little longer than our standard 1-3 day turnaround, so reach out with plenty of time if you're working toward a specific date.
Do you sell sets or individual bookmarks?
Both! Browse our collections to see bookmarks sold individually, and check each listing for set or bundle options where available.
What if something arrives damaged or isn't right?
Because each bookmark is made to order, we don't offer returns for a change of mind — but if anything arrives damaged, incorrect, or just isn't right, please reach out. We'll always make it right, whether that's a replacement or a refund. Your happiness with your order matters to us.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
We do! If you're a bookstore, boutique, or planning a larger order — for a wedding, event, classroom, or gift batch — reach out and we'll put together pricing for you.
