Reading Witch Bookmark | Cozy | Home Witch | Spells and Crystals

Reading Witch:
She's cozy at home with her crystals and witchy reads.
The candles burn low. The book stays open. She has no intention of stopping.

About: A witch reading in a deep comfortable armchair at the late hours — the chair in a rich jewel tone of deep teal or burgundy worn at the arms from years of the same person in the same position with a book, the witch curled in the chair with the book open in her hands and a cat pressed against her side, multiple candles at various heights burning in the warm amber of a room that has been read in all evening, the floor to ceiling bookshelf to one side in every warm varied color of a beloved personal collection.

Most specific detail: The cat pressed into the chair beside her — rendered with the confident loose line of someone who has drawn cats many times, the specific compact warmth of a cat that has chosen this chair and this person and has no intention of being anywhere else for the rest of the evening, which is also the witch's own position exactly.

Perfect for: Every reader who has been the reading witch in this bookmark at least once · Night readers who consider midnight their most productive hour · Anyone who has a cat who supervises their reading without contributing to it.
